If you engage a contractor to work on your property and there is an injury or death whilst on site you are liable. You are responsible for making sure they are insured. Demand to see their insurance certificate - being told is not enough (Copy on available request).

Dedicated quality control:
We have a dedicated quality and labour control manager, we take pride in the work we do. Don't use a cowboy outfit that does a job and leaves a mess.

Full time office and sign written vehicles:
We are not just a man in a van, we have a dedicated office to answer your call and queries. Also all our teams wear a uniform and drive sign written vehicles, so you know who is working on your property.

We are VAT registered:
What is the value of your house? Would you trust someone to work on your house that does not even complete jobs to the value of £1200 every week! Why do you think they do not turnover this amount of work each week?
